1. Professional Scope

Resultant Group LLC provides Construction Management (CM) and General Contracting services. Our role is to oversee, coordinate, and manage construction projects as the owner's representative or lead contractor. While we maintain a civil engineering-led approach, engagement via this website does not constitute a formal engineering contract unless a specific Professional Services Agreement is executed.

2. Estimates & Proposals

Any pricing, timelines, or project scopes provided via initial web inquiries or digital consultations are preliminary estimates only. Formal project binding occurs only upon the signing of a Master Service Agreement (MSA) or a project-specific Construction Management Contract.

• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
• Site conditions discovered during physical inspection may alter preliminary digital estimates.

3. Third-Party Entities

Resultant Group may collaborate with or recommend third-party vendors for specialized services (e.g., site documentation, architectural drafting, or specific trade subcontractors). These entities are independent contractors. Resultant Group is not liable for the independent acts or omissions of such third parties, except where specifically outlined in a signed CM Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

The content on this website—including the "Resultant Group" name, logos, design-build frameworks, and project imagery—is the exclusive property of Resultant Group LLC. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resultant Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or reliance on its general content. All construction-related liabilities are governed strictly by individual project contracts.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of this website shall be resolved in the courts of Bergen County, NJ.

7. Site Operational Status

Project availability is subject to change. Reference to "Active Status" or "Q3/Q4 Scheduling" on the website does not guarantee project acceptance until a feasibility review is completed by our management team.
